Please complete the below form to organise a Meth Screening Assessment if you are a landlord who privately manages their property, a home owner, a tenant or if you are purchasing a property.
By completing the below form, you are authorising a Smoke Alarm Solutions technician to attend your property to carry out a Base Composite Meth Screening Assessment.
The cost for a Base Composite Screening Assessment for a home owner or private landlord is $314. If an additional 10 swab kits are required whilst onsite at the property due to size, an additional $100 payment will be required prior to results being released.
Payment via PayPal is required prior to the Assessment is carried out.
