To have Smoke Alarm Solutions begin managing your smoke alarm requirements, simply download and complete this form and send directly to your Property Manager or to Smoke Alarm Solutions.

We will visit your property on an annual basis, and inspect, test and clean all smoke alarms. Should there be a new tenancy or tenancy renewal during the forthcoming year, we will return to your property and undertake the cleaning and testing procedure as detailed in the regulations. There is no additional charge above the annual fee, regardless of how many times we need to re-visit your property. A detailed written Compliance and Inspection Report will be provided after every visit to your property.

MAKING THE SWITCH TO SMOKE ALARM SOLUTIONS

We make changing service providers very, very simple.

We will take over and honour any existing contract with another provider at no cost. We will attend the property to ensure compliance and service the property until the existing contract expires, ensuring that you pay nothing more. Only when the existing service plan expires do our Annual Service Charges commence.

We can provide Property Managers with letters to send to landlords advising them of the change, and the extra benefits and cost savings they will receive by switching to Smoke Alarm Solutions.
