After our initial visit, we will re-attend the property at every tenancy change and lease renewal to comply with the Queensland Fire and Rescue Service Act 2006.
 
Victoria and South Australia
After the initial visit, we will re-attend at least twice per year, and at tenancy changes if requested, to ensure that you have met your duty-of-care for every new tenant.

We will attend your property and:
• Inspect, clean & maintain all existing alarms
• Change the batteries  
• Test the decibel output  
• Relocate 9 volt alarms when required  
• Check and record expiry dates     
• Clean using compressed air   
• Check for Australian Standard  
• Ensure sufficient power supply to 240 volt smoke alarms
• Clean up and leave courtesy card for tenant

Compliance Statements
Within 24 hours of attendance at the property we will issue a comprehensive report detailing that the property is compliant, listing alarms at the property, their expiry date and date of inspection. This report would be extremely important evidence in the event of damage, injury or loss of life, and serves as proof that you and your landlord have met your responsibilities.
