All smoke alarms have an expiry date (including 240v smoke alarms) and many smoke alarms do not even last their lifespan as they develop faults. When they need replacing this can be very expensive with replacement costs for 240v smoke alarms ranging from $100 - $200 per alarm.

alarms, replacing alarms that have been removed or are missing or additional alarms required for compliance.
Smoke alarms replaced on a like-for-like basis.
Offer only available to the replacement of expired or faulty smoke alarms that became faulty or expired after
1st September 2010 and are required for compliance. Existing faulty or expired alarms prior to 1st September 2010 not included.
Offer only available to properties with a fully paid Annual Service Fee.
